…. i … i… who knows…
i’m procrastinating. i should work – there’s piles of paper all around me – to file, to bid, to make notes (note – nothing to invoice)… and i have absolutely no desire to do any of it… now listen’ careful like hear folks…
a nap sounds appealing, but i’m going to add songs for my future workout playlists instead. and my garments of choice…
damn love me some southern culture… one of the funnest, finest, evah…
p21 suggested the notion of reversing my ear buds. that might take some time – i’ll never remember if the ‘l’ in my hand is supposed to match or be opposite the ‘l’ on the bud…
i never knew what the ‘r’ and ‘l’ stood for until just a little while ago, i just thought it was the first and last letters of ‘rock n roll’… but to know it meant ‘louder’ and ‘righteous’ just makes such more sense. so now i can totally rock out and not be held back when i wear my ‘captains’…
i asked for a part for some low voltage track – that i was absolutely sure had been discontinued – at an electric supply house the other day – and offered to do a somersault if they had the part. that wasn’t very bright… they had it – but the (cute) smartass behind the counter wouldn’t let me have without a somersault… i finally convinced her that if she dialed 911 simultaneously i was willing to have a go… she never dialed and i got the part…
ok – got me more some moodin’ and now a workin’ to do…

I love ZZ Top. I’m a fan of banjo music and this is a classic. This is the first time I’ve heard Southern Culture. Interesting. I’ll listen to them so more.
@C_L_O_G - great stuff them southern culture folk… they tour a fair amount and i highly, highly recommend seeing them live!
there needs to be more banjo in music today
@xplorrn - If I see them around here I’ll try and go.
@godfatherofgreenbay - generally i agree – we just need mumford and sons to go away now… first lp was really good – the latest is just annoying…
@C_L_O_G - http://www.scots.com/tourdates.html
not sure how far…
i see a tennessee date on there…
@xplorrn - Looks like about an eight hour drive. Might work. I’ll have to check my calendar. I may be in New Orleans.
haha ya know, you make a good point… i always figured the L in my hand was my left ear, not yours… omg that’s confusing… maybe we just need to get some of these… http://www.asolobeats.com/ … problem solved!

oh, and ps – procrastination and naps are two of my (many) specialties!
@C_L_O_G - 8 hours is too far!!! and new orleans sounds like a great time too!!!
mumford and sons have made quite a career on one song
@Peridot21 - ok i have these: http://www.klipsch.com/image-s4i-rugged-orange i like the color – they sound pretty ok… that volume control weighs as much as a brick… and these (i think one of my kids has them somewhere) http://www.sennheiserusa.com/sport-earbuds-ear-headphones-sennheiser-adidas_504042 i may have to try them again, they were kinda annoying from what i recall… and a few others… ughh… but in order for me to do this exercise thing at this point in my life – i need my music… and i can pro – crastinate with the best…
@godfatherofgreenbay - yes they have… and it’s getting tiresome…
@xplorrn - If went eight hours I’d make a mulit-day adventure out of it. I’m looking forward to New Orleans.
@xplorrn - wow, for that money, you would think they -for sure- would stay in the ears!
