we’re supposed to get 10″ of snow in the next 30 odd hours. joy.
i love the lyrics of this song. they crack me up and are spot on for the socially just do-righters…
i’m already over winter – i have been since early november. i’m ready for late may, early june – at least that’s how things work here in chicago. i’m ready for fresh peaches and warm sunny days and blue skies and yellow hearts and pink moons… i’m ready to feel the warmth of the sun on my skin – i think that’s the most bestest part.
so earlier today i was picking my son up at the local school where he is dropped off from his magnet school. and i watched at least 1/2 dozen cars blow through the stop sign where i was sitting.

yeah they are say 12+ here. Schools were already closing at 10PM and it hadn’t even started yet. I haven’t looked outside since about 10 so I don’t know if I’m buried yet.

@Peridot21 - it’s march… Guessing you’ve started spring – or will shortly… Sigh – weeks away and it sucks… :(
I say phone a cop. Here’s why – although I hate cops I hate it even more when other people break rules and don’t get caught. It’s a equality/vengence thing. Even if the cop doesn’t catch anyone, just by being around people stop breaking rules.
